Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan and 14 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 11.30am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £25pp food and drink voucher valid against all menus; subject to change. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Option 1: Includes a bottle of wine in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
