• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 26-27 Mar, 2-4, 10, 16-17, 22-25, 27-29 Apr, 2, 8, 19-22, 28-29 May , 1, 4, 8-10, 15-16 22-23, 25, 29-30 Oct, 5-6, 13, 19-20, 27 Nov, 3, 4, 11, 18, 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan and 8, 15, 22 and 29 Jan 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Early check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin Grande or Royal suite.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from the brasserie menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Supplementary charges may apply to select dishes, please discuss with the hotel direct. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max 2 children per room. Under 3’s dine for free. Children ages 4 - 18 permitted at a supplementary charge of £40 per additional bed including breakfast with all other meals charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
