Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jul 2022 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Saturday and Sunday visits.
• Voucher must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and by Fri 16 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please inform spa at time of booking.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 2: Includes a 25 minute treatment. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
•  Includes a Camelia afternoon tea from the main menu; subject to change. Max of 4 people per table. Vegetarian and vegan options available; please inform the spa at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
