• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £35 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive room - £20, junior suite - £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Choose a starter/main or main/dessert. Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children under 12 permitted when sharing with 2 adults. Breakfast is included; all other meals are charged as taken.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted. Must be booked in advance to arrange a pet friendly room.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
