Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 25 Oct 2021 until Mon 6 Dec 2021, 7 days 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 29 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Afternoon tea only. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• A supplementary charge per person is required for the following: Prosecco - £5 and Champagne - £8; payable direct.
• Max no of vouchers per table will be in line with government guidelines at time of visit.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
