• Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Thu - Mon; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Tue - Wed and 14 Dec 2021 - 26 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Hillside view: double or twin room available. Sea view room: double room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of fizz each on arrival.
• No children permitted. 
• No pets permitted. 
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
