Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 5, 12, 26 Feb, 24 Mar and 22-23 Apr 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings can be made from Wed 5 Jan 2022.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Premium double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a premium king room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes Champagne afternoon tea in Champagne Central. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 1 glass of Champagne per person. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Tables may be required back after 1.5hrs. Once you have made a booking, you will be contacted by the hotel prior to your stay to make an afternoon tea reservation.
• Children are permitted on rollaway beds or when upgrading to a double double room. Please discuss supplementary charges and pay directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
