Small print

• Voucher is valid for check in on Sun 13 and Mon 14 Feb 2022 only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings can be made from Wed 5 Jan 2022.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Premium double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a premium king room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner (to the value of £17pp) from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Tables may be required back after 1.5hrs. Once you have made a booking, you will be contacted by the hotel prior to your stay to make a dinner reservation.
• Includes chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children are permitted on rollaway beds or when upgrading to a double double room. Please discuss supplementary charges and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted free of charge. A dog bed and bowl will be provided for use during the stay.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
