Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 12 Dec 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, Mon - Sat 12noon - 4pm and Sun 12.30pm - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2020, 1 - 31 Jan, 12-14 Feb, 14 Mar and 2 - 4 Apr 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers / 8 people per table. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• No vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. Please note all tables are required back by 5pm.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
