Voucher must be booked by Wed 14 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, late check-out 11am.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family room £10 and family suite £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes leisure access. No lifeguard at pool area; swimming is at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult (0-8yrs 1 adult to 2 children; 8 - 15yrs 1 adult to 4 children) and supervised at all times. Towels can be rented for a fee of £1 per day.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under. A supplementary charge of £10 per child per night applies, including breakfast; payable direct.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per room; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
