• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Fri 30 Apr 2021 and Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thur 23 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb 2021, 2 - 4 Apr and 1 May - 31 Oct 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a king room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £30 dinner allowance to use on the first night only. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian options are available.
• Max of 1 child permitted. An upgrade to a king superior room is required at a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
