• Voucher is valid until Sun 18 Jul 2021 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Over 16s only.
• Includes any 2 x 25 min treatments choosing from: shoulder & scalp massage, foot treatment, body scrub, mini manicure or mini pedicure.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 1 hours use of the leisure facilities and access to the relaxation room. Please note indoor & outdoor hot tub may not be available due to Government guidelines. All updates can be found here.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Robes and slippers are available for a supplementary charge of £10 per person; payable direct.
• Includes a light bento box lunch from a set menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and vegan options available; please advise spa at time of booking. Please note there are no gluten / wheat free options available.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
