• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, Mon - Fri 12noon, 1.45pm and 3.30pm and Sat - Sun 12noon only; subject to availability.
• Excludes 12 - 14 Mar and 3 - 4 Apr 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person.
• Max of 4 vouchers or 8 people per table. 
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge of £5 is required for gluten free afternoon tea. Please note a 35p charge will apply for takeaway boxes.
• Option to include a Hendrick's Gin teapot to share; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Renfield Street: No wheelchair access available.
• Merchant City: Wheelchair access available
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
