• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Sat 26 Feb 2022, Tue - Wed & Sat 10am - 6pm and Fri 10am - 8pm; options 2 & 3 include Thu 10am-8pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Option 1 excludes Thu. All options exclude Sun - Mon, 25 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Options 1 & 2 treatment duration: approx. 30mins each.
• Option 3 treatment duration: approx. 1hr. Choice of Swedish or hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage, intensive eye treatment, scalp massage, express facial, hand and arm massage, foot and lower leg massage and cleansing back treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
