• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Nov 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021,  Mon & Thu 9am - 7pm and Tue, Wed & Fri 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes weekends and 24 Dec 2020 - 3 Jan 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatments can be adapted to suit pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• A note from consultant is required for cancer treatment/remission.
• Consultation will be carried out before all treatments.
• Option 1: sports or deep tissue massage. Duration approx. 30 mins.
• Option 2: sports or deep tissue massage plus acupuncture session. Duration approx. 1 hour.
• Includes consultation time.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.  
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
