- Seekh kebab - minced lamb marinated with lime, coriander and cumin, grilled over coals with mint sauce
- Tandoori chaat - take a skewer and pierce pineapple, capsicum & paneer, dip it in garma masala, vinegar and cumin then grill
- Chicken tikka masala - Tandoor chicken tikka with a mixed spice, tomato, coriander and creamy yoghurt sauce
- Lamb Achari - spiced Punjabi lamb curry made with mixed pickle, onions, garlic and garam masala
