Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Dec until Thu 19 Dec 2024, Wed - Sun, 2:30pm until 5:45pm. Slots every 15 minutes; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue. 
• An accessible session will run on Fri 13 Dec 2024. This will be suitable for children with sensory issues, mobility issues & in wheelchairs.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 12 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Suitable for all ages. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
• The event may be cancelled in extreme weather conditions in which case an alternative date will be offered.
• Care must be taken when walking around the forest as the ground is uneven and there are many trip hazards.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
