• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 - 31 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. OR Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes £40 dinner allowance to eat in your room. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Please note the hotel may have a restricted F&B offering depending on Government guidelines at time of booking.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities subject to Government guidelines. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. Children are classed as ages 12 and under. Under 2s can be accommodated free of charge. 
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
