• Voucher is valid from Sun 6 Dec 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Jan - 25 Apr 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2.30pm, Overnight stay: check-out 11am. 2 or 3 night stay: late check-out 1pm.
• City Room: City double or twin room.
• Quay View Superior room: Superior Quay View double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with soft drinks.
• Quay View Superior room: Includes breakfast.
• The restaurant will be open for breakfast and dinner.
• Please note the swimming pool and gym are open and available by appointment to ensure social distancing is maintained throughout the hotel. Yu Spa is open with a limited treatment menu. Time slots will be available to book upon check-in. Please note the sauna and steam room are not yet open, and the changing rooms are only available to guests using the pool.
• Free parking is available on site.
• Max of 2 children permitted when sharing with 2 adults or 3 children when sharing with one adult. An upgrade to a family room is required for a supplementary charge of £40 per night. Children under 12 eat free for breakfast and dinner. Please discuss directly with hotel.
