First time we had been to Fletcher's and it was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely bedroom with delicious chocolates. We had dinner which was very excellent, really enjoyed the food. Nice breakfast in the morning. Our only downside was we had to take our afternoon tea box with us as we had to leave early. The vegetarian was disappointed that the sandwiches were all mixed in a box and the sausage rolls were meat so missed out on main part of the afternoon tea. That was the only hiccup.

Great hotel with lovely room and lovely bar dining area, five minutes from town centre, staff were all very friendly, nice touch with chocolates and glass of fizz, vegetarian breakfast was lovely too
