Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Jun 2022, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. 
• Luxury glamping dome with 2 king beds available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £80; subject to availability. Please discuss directly.
• A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly.
• Linen and towels provided.
• Max of 1 additional child under 2 permitted. Cots are available upon request. Children aged 2-12 must be included in the total headcount.
• No pets permitted. 
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
