Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Mar until Wed 31 May 2023, Tue - Wed & Fri 9am - 6pm, Thu 9am - 8pm and Sat 8.30am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45 mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2.5 hours. Please note colour will be a half head of foils. Upgrades to a full head of foils are available for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Deal is valid with Eilidh, Kirsty or Paul. 
• A supplement of £3 is required for those with hair extensions; payable directly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
