Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 May 2024 until Wed 31 Jul 2024, 7 days 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Advance booking not required for the Gretna Green Experience; walk-ins only.
• Afternoon tea must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Wed 24 Jul 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Afternoon tea can be taken 12noon - 2.30pm.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Suitable for all ages. Family ticket valid for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 5-12).
• Option 3: Includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Table required back after 1hr 30mins. Max of 2 vouchers per booking. Afternoon tea is served at Smith's at Gretna Green Hotel, across the road from the museum.

• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
