• Voucher is valid until Fri 18 Nov 2022, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.
• Option 2:Treatment duration: approx. 2 hrs. Treatment lasts approx. 4-6 weeks depending on regrowth. Root touch up is available in one colour; multiple colours will incur a supplementary charge.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr. Treatment lasts approx. 9-12 weeks, if looked after at home with sulphate free shampoo. A supplementary charge is required for long hair; please discuss with and pay directly.
• Patch test required at least 48 hours before appointment.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
