• Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Oct 2021 until Mon 31 Jan 2022, Sun - Thu only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 19 Oct - 5 Nov 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children are permitted; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Car parking is available at nearby Gellatly Street Council car park; payable directly.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
