• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Dec 2020 until Wed 25 Aug 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Jan - 16 May 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 1pm. 
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive - £20, junior suite - £40; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Room only.
• Max of 1 child permitted in an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 or 2 children permitted in a junior suite for a supplementary charge of £40; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
