Great 5hr session with Craig at Ashton Lane Innis & Gunn Taproom

Relaxed 5hr (plus a few after) Brew School taken by a very experienced and knowledgable Craig. There were a group of 6 guests on the day which I think should be the max as the brew room is quite small. 8 would be a tight squeeze. 2 teams of 3 made their own 20L version of their beer guided by the expericene of Craig. There was plenty of time to enjoy the included lunch and the 6 drinks of their Core Range. There is also plenty opportunity if you wanted to taste and purchase the guest beers as well.
It got rather busy in the taproom a few hours into the tour which gave it a nice vibe for the rest of the day.
Looking forward to collecting my "RETIREMENT IPA" in a few weeks once it is ready. Cheers to all on the day !! -
