• Voucher is valid until Sat 3 Jul 2021, Thur - Fri 9am - 8pm and Sat 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Wed, 14-27 Dec 2020 and 1 - 31 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 11 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the salon.
• Option 1: Treatment duration approx. 1 hour.
• Option 2 - 4: Treatment duration approx. 2 hours.
• Treatment lasts up to 6 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Supplementary charges are required for long hair (hair with extensions or hair past shoulder blades) - colour £10, blow dry £5, restyle £10; payable direct.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
