Small print

• Oct - Dec options:
• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 23 Dec 2022, 7 days.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Jan - Mar options:
• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days.
• Excludes 10-11 Feb 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023.(we don’t want you to miss out!).
• General:
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable; dates can be changed up to 7 days before arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Large family room, sleeps up to 6 people in 2 double beds & 2 single beds. Please note breakfast is not included.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children permitted and included in headcount. Travel cots can be provided free of charge.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
