The Rasul Chamber

- Massages option: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sep until Mon 23 Dec 2024, 7 days 10am-5pm; subject to availability.
- Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Over 16s only.
- Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max 2 people per session.
- Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
- Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
- Treatment duration: approx 120mins including changing/showering (30 min rasul OR back massage, facial massage and scalp pressure points and 60mins thermal suite)
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Rasul Treatment and Heat Spa

Possibly the best Rasul Treatment I’ve tried. We were provided with a bowl of exfoliater and a bowl of mud to apply to our body will sitting in the steam chamber and after 25 minutes, the showers came on and rinsed the products off. Skin feels amazingly soft and smooth. Heat Spa area is lovely with heated loungers, salt chamber, steam and sauna rooms. It would have been a 5 star but the changing rooms are tiny and cramped with only 2 showers and no separate changing room.
