• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Nov 2021 until Wed 30 Mar 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• 1 night stay: Valid Wed - Sun. Excludes Mon - Tue.
• 2 night stay: Valid Wed - Sat. Excludes Sat check-ins in Dec & Sun - Tue throughout.
• 3 night stay: Valid Wed - Fri. Excludes Fri check-ins in Dec & Sat - Tue.
• All stays: exclude Sundays in Dec & 19 Dec 2021 - 1 Mar 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 2 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Main house double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Mews - £50, Glenshiel Suite - £100; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a welcome cocktail on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Pets are permitted; please discuss directly with hotel. Please note there are limited pet-friendly rooms available.
• Wheelchair access available. Please discuss directly.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
