• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Oct 2021, 7 days, 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 7 - 25 Apr 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 30 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes a choice of 2 x 25 minute treatments each from: back, neck & shoulder massage, tranquility scalp massage, express manicure or pedicure OR a choice of 1 x 55 minute treatments from: deluxe or gel manicure or pedicure; subject to change.
• Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes 1 hour of access to facilities before or after treatments; 17 meter indoor swimming pool and soothing spa pool.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 2 course lunch with a choice of light bite and main or main and dessert. Excludes sandwiches and steak. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise at the time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
