• Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Aug 2023, Mon - Thu 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Aug 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

• Afternoon tea:
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking
• Treatments:
• Maximum of 2 vouchers per booking. Guests may not receive treatments at the same time; times will be allocated as close together as possible; subject to availability.
•  Some of the treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Please inform spa if you have any of the following: epilepsy, allergies, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, pregnancy, recent operations. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25mins per treatment.
• Includes 2 x 25 min treatments per person; this can be swapped to 1 x 55 min treatment each. Please discuss directly.
