• Sun - Thu stays: Voucher is valid from Sun 16 Oct 2022 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu.
• Excludes Fri - Sat, 23 December 2022 - 1 Jan, 17 Mar 2023.
• Fri stays: Voucher is valid from Fri 21 Oct 2022 until Fri 24 Mar 2023, Fridays only. 
• Excludes Sat - Thu, 23, 30 Dec 2022 - 1 Jan, 10 Feb & 10 Mar 2023.
• Sat stays: Voucher is valid from Sat 22 Oct 2022 until Sat 25 Mar 2023, Saturdays only.
• Excludes Sun - Fri, 29 Oct, 5, 12, 19 Nov, 23, 24, 31 Dec 2022 - 1 Jan & 11 Mar 2023.

• Stays are subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 
• Classic double, king or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options includes 3 course dinner from the set dinner menu, or a £25pp dinner spend towards to a la carte menu; subject to change. 2 night options: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• 2 night options: Includes a 175ml glass of house wine with dinner; alcohol cannot be substituted for soft drinks.
• Includes leisure access.
• Max of 1 child permitted free of charge; children are classed as ages 12 and under. If more than one child you must upgrade to a Family Room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.
• No pets permitted apart from guide dogs.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
