• Voucher is valid from Tue 21 Mar 2023 until Fri 2 Jun 2023; subject to availability. 
• Lunch: Valid Fri - Sat, 12noon - 1.30pm. Excludes Sun - Thu.
• Dinner: Valid Tue - Fri, 6pm - 9pm. Excludes Sat - Mon.
• Overnight stay: Valid Tue - Fri. Dinner is served 6pm - 9pm. Excludes Sat - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

• Dining:
• Max of 4 vouchers per table.
• Options 1 & 2: Includes 5 courses from a set menu; subject to frequent change.
• Option 3: Includes 3 courses from the a la carte menu.
• Menus are subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Over 7s only for dinner.
• Overnight stay:
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin suite available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 7 - 12 and require a supplementary charge of £65; payable directly.
• A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly.
