• Voucher is valid from Fri 19 Aug 2022 until Sun 13 Nov 2022, Fri - Sun; subject to availability. 
• Slots are available at 12noon, 12.15pm, 12.30pm, 12.45pm, 3pm, 3.15pm, 3.30pm and 3.45pm.
• Excludes 25 Sep 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Oct 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each.
• Option 3: Includes a Hendrick's Clover Club cocktail or G&T each.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
