Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 7 Dec 2021 until Sat 26 Feb 2022, Mon - Wed and Fri 9am - 6pm, Thu 9am - 8pm and Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sun, 25, 28 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30 mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 45 mins.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 1 hour.
• Deal is valid with Chloe or Lisa. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
