• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 May 2022 until Wed 31 Aug 2022, 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max of 4.
• Treatment can be adapted during breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly. Pregnancy massage may be available upon request; please discuss direct.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 50 minutes inc 10 minutes consultation.
• Includes 1 hour leisure access before your treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
