• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Sat 29 Mar 2025, Wed - Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Mon-Tue.
• Treatments can be taken Wed - Thu 10:30 - 18:30, Fri 9:15am - 4:30pm, Sat 9:15am - 3:30pm.
• Spa facilities are open Wed - Thu 10am - 8pm, Fri 9:15am - 7:30pm, Sat 9:15am - 4:30pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission or those who have had recent surgery in the past 6 months.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins per treatment inc consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
