Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 11 Dec 2021 until Tue 21 Dec 2021; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Valid at 4:30pm only on Sat 11, Wed 15, Sat 18 and Tue 21 Dec 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 14 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Duration approx. 1 hr 30 mins.
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu. Menu is subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise Red Bus Bistro at time of booking.
• Suitable for ages 6+. Children are classed as ages 6-15yrs. Under 15s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please note there is no toilet on board.
• Preferred seating can be requested when booking for a £4pp supplement; subject to availability.
• Please note that front seats (tables 11 and 12) require a £6pp supplement; payable directly to venue.
• For a £10pp supplement a table that sits four can be reserved for two; subject to availability.
• Wine, beer, spirits, cocktails & soft drinks will be available to purchase from the on-board bar; payable directly.
• Please note this is not a guided tour.

• Weather dependent and subject to demand. If the tour you have booked needs to be cancelled you will be given as much notice as possible and alternative dates will be offered or a refund processed.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• Advance booking required.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
