• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Sep 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Mon - Sat. Excludes Sun-Mon.
• Options 2 and 3: Voucher is valid from Sun 19 Sep 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days.
• Excludes Sun - Mon in October and November and 3-4, 9-11, 15, 17-18, 24-25 & 31 Oct, 5-6 Nov, 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, 24-26 and 31 Dec 2021, 1, 11-12, 18-19 and 25-26 Jan 2022.
• General: bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a sea view room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a bottle of red or white house wine. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 and 3: Includes a 2 course dinner (starter/main or main/dessert) from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children aged 0-12 years permitted. A supplementary charge of £15 inc breakfast and £20 inc dinner & breakfast is required per child per night; payable directly.
• No pets permitted. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
