Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days: subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge per night is required for Fri & Sat stays:  1 bedroom cottage - £20, 2 bedroom cottage - £25, 3 bedroom cottage - £50; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Jun 2021 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am; a valid credit card/debit card will be required at check-in.
• Cottages can be set up with a double or twin beds; 2 people will be accommodated on a sofa bed in lounge.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount. Cot hire requires a supplementary charge £5 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Free parking is available.
• No pets permitted.
• Electricity is charged at: 1 bed £4.50 per night, 2 bed £5.50 per night, 3 bed £6.50 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Leisure facilities access included subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• No wheelchair access available.
• All cottage accommodation is self-catering; cottage styles and decor can change from property to property.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
