• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Mar 2023 until Sat 30 Sep 2023; subject to availability.
• Options for Sun - Thu, Fri and Sat stays can be viewed at check-out.
• Excludes 29 Apr and 3, 9-10 Jun 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night:; please discuss with hotel directly 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children are permitted and included within the headcount. Max of 2 people per room.
• No pets permitted.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
