• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, Sun - Fri 9am - 6pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 2 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: max of 2 per person.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 treatment duration: approx. 60 mins including face mask treatment.
• Option 2 treatment duration: approx. 90 mins including face mask treatment.
• Afternoon tea can be taken between 12noon and 4pm; menu is subject to change. Tables may be required back after 1hr 30mins. Option 1: max 2 vouchers per table. Option 2: max 1 voucher per table.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge is required for the following: £5pp for gluten free options, 35p for takeaway boxes.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
