• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 May until Thu 30 Jun 2022, Mon - Fri 10.15am - 5.15pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Booking slots every half an hour daily from 10.15am - 5.15pm.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: Includes entry and tour for two adults.
• Option 2: Includes entry and tour for two adults and two children; suitable for children aged 5 plus.
• Duration of tour approx. 45-60 mins.
• Wheelchair access is limited due to the nature of the building; the top floor and observation tower are not accessible.
• Well-behaved dogs permitted.
• Free parking available at the Old Town Jail.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
