Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 1 Apr until Sun 31 Jul 2022; 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes 2 courses from the set early bird menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten, wheat & dairy free options are available. Please advise when booking. 
• Includes a glass of Prosecco (200ml bottle each) on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted; please discuss directly.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
