• Voucher is valid from Mon 25 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 24-26 & 31 Dec 2021, 1 Jan and 22 Feb 2022. Please note that the hotel is closed between 25 Feb & 6 Mar.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a standard superking or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 ages 0-12yrs children permitted on a B&B basis for a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
