• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2024 until Mon 30 Jun 2025, Mon - Wed 4pm - 8pm and Thu - Fri & Sun 12noon - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 people per group.
• Suitable for ages 12+. 
• Duration approx. 1 hr with 30mins gameplay.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
