  • A whirlwind of talent, John can sing, dance and act, with a career beginning in 1989 in his musical theatre debut opposite Elaine Page in 'Anything Goes'
  • His West End to Broadway journey continued with leading roles in 'Matador', 'Miss Saigon',  and 'The Phantom of the Opera'
  • But it is his role as Albin in 'La Cage Aux Folles' which John regards as his favourite and won him the What's on Stage Best Takeover Role award
  • The classic song from La Cage 'I Am What I Am' has become John's signature tune, with which he closes his live concert shows
