Hi There
Planning to stay this Friday and Saturday. See there is a supplmentary charge for weekends, is that per person? ie £20 for Fri and £40 for Sat so total of £60 to pay or £120 for 2 people?

My father has a voucher to use that he has give to myself (due to he has terminal cancer and is not fit to use it) with the code for ardoe House in Aberdeen. I am trying to book this and not sure how to do so, can someone help please

A max of 1 child under 12 is permitted on a BB basis for £15 and a DBB basis for £22 when sharing with adults; payable directly to the hotel.

Whilst most of our vouchers are for two people, you're welcome to contact Ardoe House Hotel & Spa directly on 01224 867 355 to discuss the possibility of using this voucher for single occupancy and they'll be happy to advise.

Just keep in mind that no further discount can be applied.

  • 2 night stay for two including a bottle of wine on arrival, 2 course dinner on the first night, leisure access and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable direct.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a classic double/twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature room - £75, feature suite - £150; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes 2 courses from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten/wheat free options are available; please inform hotel at time of booking. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night. Supplements apply for certain dishes and will be listed on the menu.

Includes a bottle of house wine in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Includes leisure access.

Max of 1 child under 12 permitted on a BB basis for £15 and a DBB basis for £22 when sharing with adults; payable directly.

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable direct.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
